Parapan Ams – August 7-15, 2015

Goalball started in 1946 and first appeared in the 1976 Paralympic Games. Goalball is open to athletes with visual impairments and is played using a ball with bells inside. To ensure fair competition between teams, all players must wear eyeshades during the game.
The game is played on an indoor court with a goal at each end. Three players on each team attempt to roll the ball into This game is played on an indoor court and has a goal at each end.

Goalball is being played this summer at the Mississauga Sports Centre from August 8th to 15th with both Men’s and Women’s competition.

Hamilton Challenger Baseball Association is a organization that gives players with special needs an opportunity to participate in baseball. Challenger Baseball has over 150 people participating in three different streams, competitive, recreational and junior.

In 2015, they are celebrating their 25th Anniversary! Opening Day is May 31st at Inch Park in Hamilton! Congratulations to Hamilton Challenger Baseball on a successful 25 years!
